This hotel is perfectly located right in the center of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. We were able to easily stop in to rest during the day, thanks to its close proximity to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing detailed recommendations on where to eat and what to see. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including eggs, cold meats, and pastries.
The elevator in the hotel is quite small, which may be a bit inconvenient for older guests who have difficulty with small spaces.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated within walking distance of all the attractions. Everything was so close to us, including the famous landmarks such as the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio bridge. we appreciated being right in front of a cafe on the street, making it easy for us to grab a quick coffee or snack. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we were happy to find that the room had a mini-fridge. The staff were helpful and friendly, recommending the best views of the city at night. Lastly, the continental breakfast offered plenty of choices for a delicious start to the day.
